My Why

       As a wife and a mother who understands the challenges and joys that come with caring for a special needs child. During my journey to earn my MBA, I faced an unexpected turn of events. At 26 weeks pregnant, I gave birth to my son Daniel via emergency c-section. He arrived weighing a mere 1lb 3oz, and our lives took an unforeseen path.

Daniel spent 250 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), fighting for his life. After a long and arduous journey, he was discharged, only to be readmitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for an additional 22 days. These experiences shaped my perspective in profound ways.

       I often speak about "by the numbers" because this journey taught me the invaluable lesson of showing up every day, without fail, for 272 days. Each day, I and my husband  would  visit Daniel, advocating for him, and being by his side, all while managing a full-time job and completing my MBA. In the face of adversity, I discovered the power of showing up in one's life and how it can profoundly change the outcomes we experience.

My personal journey has instilled in me a deep sense of resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to creating a life of purpose and impact. I draw strength from the challenges I have faced and use them to inspire and guide others on their own paths.

       As a wife, mother, and business professional, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching and consulting practice. I understand the demands of balancing personal and professional responsibilities while navigating unexpected obstacles. I believe that our challenges do not define us but instead provide an opportunity for growth, transformation, and the possibility to create a life that surpasses our expectations.
