Prepare before life changes quickly.
The Olivine Legacy Group helps individuals and families organize important information,
prepare meaningful conversations, and create greater clarity before caregiving, serious illness,
hospitalization, aging-related changes, loss, or another major family transition.
You do not have to prepare everything today. You simply need a clear place to begin.
Prepare the details. Protect the peace
The Olivine Legacy Group is a service of Lorene Ibeka Consulting, LLC.

Your family should not have to become detectives during one of life’s most difficult moments.
Most families are not unprepared because they do not care.
Information may be scattered across different homes, devices, files, and family members. Important conversations may be postponed, responsibilities may be unclear, and loved ones may not know where to begin when circumstances change.

Information is scattered
Important details may be stored in several different places.
Conversations are postponed
Families often know they need to talk but are unsure how to begin
Responsibilities are unclear
Loved ones may not know who should call, locate, communicate, or coordinate
Personal wishes are missing
Some of the most meaningful details are not included in formal documents.
FAMILY READINESS BEGINS WITH CLARITY, CARE AND CONVERSATION.
Family readiness helps loved ones feel more prepared during times of change by making important information easier to locate, encouraging thoughtful conversations, and creating a clearer starting point for what comes next.
Olivine Legacy Group supports families with practical guidance, structured resources, and readiness-focused education designed to help them feel more organized, informed, and prepared. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, or other licensed professional advice.
Olivine Legacy helps families:

Get started with confidence
Bring important details together
Make family conversations easier
Reduce confusion during transitions
Stay centered on dignity and care
Take thoughtful next steps

FOUNDER-STORY PREVIEW
Inspired by a legacy of preparation, dignity, and care.
The Olivine Legacy Group was inspired by Lorene’s great aunt, known affectionately as Auntie Ollie.
Before her passing, Auntie Ollie thoughtfully organized the practical and personal details she wanted her family to know. Her preparation did not remove the family’s grief, but it removed much of the uncertainty.
We were grieving, but we were not guessing.
Her example became the foundation for Olivine Legacy and its promise to help families prepare the details and protect the peace
